Collaboration Details
Through The Artisan’s Pact, each artist earns a share of every relic sold bearing their mark. Commissions are a percentage of the sale price (before tax/shipping, after materials). The deeper your contribution, the greater your commission - and your presence in the Circle.
Tier Options
🔮 Single Sigil → 1 design, 7% commission Test the waters with one of your designs. You’ll earn 7% of each sale featuring your art, with full credit and tagging in every listing. 🌙 Coven of Three → 3 designs, 10% commission Triple your presence and boost your earnings rate. Gain broader exposure across multiple products. 🩸 Bloodline License → Ongoing design submissions, 15% commission Join as a featured artist with ongoing submissions. Earn the highest rate, enjoy priority placement in collections, and receive expanded spotlighting on our site and socials.
Key Notes
✨ Payments are issued once every two months as applicable per commissions earned; payment methods (Zelle, PayPal, etc.) will be discussed upon application acceptance and can be modified as needed. ✨ If you leave the program, sales of your design(s) stop after current stock is sold. ✨ Founding Circle Bonus: If you are one of our first three collaborators, you’ll receive +2% commission and permanent recognition in the Circle’s history regardless of commission status unless requested to be removed (Gravewater Alchemy's website, The Circle of Alchemists page).

Art Submission
REMINDER: We will NOT use your work until your application is approved and a written agreement is signed by you. This is solely a chance to showcase your art and what you would like to see on products offered at Gravewater Alchemy LLC.
Art Format
Black & white line art only, SVG/PDF/PNG 300dpi, minimal shading or grayscale, no color. Art should be designed or safe for engraving purposes. If you are unsure, we can discuss this detail.

Profile Image
All members of the Circle of Alchemists will receive a dedicated spot on Gravewater Alchemy's "The Circle of Alchemists" page in recognition of their work and talents. This image and social media links may be changed upon request. You are not obligated to provide a photo of yourself; you may elect to submit any profile image as long as the image belongs to you, is original, and does not violate copyright laws. Submission of inappropriate photos (explicit language or profanity, nudity, copyright infringement, etc.) will result in immediate rejection of your application.

Acknowledgement
By submitting this form, you agree to the following:
“I understand that participation is governed by The Artisan’s Pact. If I leave the program, Gravewater Alchemy may sell remaining inventory but will cease new production utilizing my designs. Commissions end upon separation.”
"I understand my art may be altered in size, shape, etc. to fit products and forms that are created for sale and may not fit the original size in the image file I provide."
“I agree to share at least one Gravewater Alchemy post or story to my social media feed via post or story at least once every 6 months at a minimum during my participation in the program. I understand my designs will always be credited and tagged in social media posts and stories, product listings, and in person sales events where my designs are used.”
"I agree that all works submitted for use in this program are entirely original and do not violate any form of copyright. I will be responsible for any copyright violations due to the art I submit for use in this program. I understand that any violation of copyright will disqualify me from this program immediately."
TL;DR
1. Program Rules: Your participation is guided by The Artisan’s Pact. If you leave, we’ll sell off existing stock but stop new production. 2. Artwork Adjustments Your art may be resized or slightly adjusted to fit different products. 3. Promotion Agreement You’ll share one post from Gravewater Alchemy every 6 months; we’ll always tag and credit you. 4. Copyright Ownership You must own your art. If it violates copyright, you’re responsible and will be removed from the Circle.
