Thanks to the generosity of our fundraisers and supporters, Changing Minds with PickUp a Penny is offering five families in the North East of England fully fundedaccess to our pioneering, person-centred, integrative therapies. Thisinitiative, led by Dr Sara Young and her experienced team, is designed tosupport children and young people struggling with their mental health,emotional well-being, or physical health. This unique opportunity is intendedfor families who are open to working collaboratively with our team and willingto engage in recommended therapies and approaches to help their child thrive.If this sounds like the right fit for your family, we'd love to hear from you.

About Parental Well-being and Support Needs
We recognise that parental health and well-being directly impact children. This initiative provides all the same therapies for parents as are available to children.

Our approach is integrative and may include therapeutic support, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Buteyko breathing, Biofeedback, neurofeedback, testing for parents or caregivers, lifestyle changes, or home-based activities.

Without wrap-around commitment from all family members in the household, we will struggle to make progress.
