Sue and Elissa are so delighted to welcome you to our quilting retreat here in the heart of charming downtown Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Nestled among historic architecture, cozy shops, and inviting restaurants, Williamsport offers the perfect backdrop for creativity, connection, and relaxation.

This retreat is all about slowing down, sharing inspiration, and celebrating the joy of quilting together. Whether you’ve been quilting for decades or just started your first patchwork, you’ll find encouragement, friendship, and a whole lot of fabric fun waiting for you.

Over the next few days, we’ll stitch, laugh, learn, and maybe even explore some of the treasures that make downtown Williamsport so special. Most importantly, we’ll create not only quilts, but also memories that will last long after the final thread is tied.

Lodging & Room: Please make your own reservation, let them know you are a Quilting Retreat Guest: If reservations are made 30 days in advance, there may be a block of rooms at a discounted price offered at he Holiday Inn Express, if you make your reservations early.

These two hotels have separate entrances, but are connected and share banquet rooms. Room prices vary between the two. The Express Hotel is newer and includes the complimentary breakfast.

Meals: Complimentary Hotel Breakfast, is offered at Holiday Inn Express only. Coffee/Tea station is complimentary in the Holday Inn Express. One lunch by the Host Sunday afternoon.

Outside Food & Snacks: Since this hotel has a full service restaurant they ask that we not bring meals from the outside into the banquet room. Snacks are limited to the following: chips, pretzels, cookies, candy, hand held fruit. Nothing can be left behind. Please take home anything remaining of what you bring.

Quilting Details: Each guest is provided with, a six foot table, a banquet chair and access to shared cutting/ironing/design board stations. Shared electrical extension cords.
GROUP PROJECT

YES, I would participate in a group project offered on Friday. (1-2 hours, not to exceed $20 for supplies) Knowing this in advance, helps ensure enough supplies are available. There is no obligation if you opt out later.
STILL LEARNING? So are we....

Is quilting new to you? If the retreat feels overwhelming, join us for a 1/2day learning session Friday morning (9AM-1PM). Four hours of fun. Come learn the basics. We will have a sewing machine to share, plus the cutting and ironing stations. The instructor will contact you regarding what fabric to bring with you. We love sharing this hobby with those who say, "I always wanted to learn how to quilt." Now is your time.
