  • GVA offers a 4-day academic week with the option of a 5th day of extracurricular classes (this is on a separate registration form). Below are the program options for the academic program. Please mark the program you are registering for. One form per child. Registrations are reviewed on a first come first serve basis. We will notify you if space is still available or if you have been added to a wait-list.

  • PreK 3 Program:


    Fees are invoiced monthly (9/1-6/1)

    4 full days/wk 9a -3p = $700/month 

    4 mornings/wk 9a-12p = $400/month  
    2 mornings/wk  9a-12p = $225/month 
     

  • PreK 4 Program:


    Fees are invoiced monthly (9/1-6/1)

    4 full days/wk 9a-3p = $500/month 

    4 mornings/wk 9a-12p = $300/month 
    2 full days/wk 9a-3p = $275/month 

    2 mornings/wk 9a-12p = $175/month 

     

     

  • K-8 Full Time Program:

    Fees are invoiced monthly (9/1-6/1)
      4 full days/wk, 9a-3p $500/month 


  • K-8 Hybrid Program:

    ELA and Math instruction
    Fees are invoiced monthly
    4 mornings/wk, 9a-12p = $300/month Sep-June

  • Registration Fees:

    New full time students: a non-refundable, one time fee of $200, is due at the acceptance of your child into our program.

    New part time/hybrid students: a non-refundable, one time fee of $100, is due at the acceptance of your child into our program.

     

    Curriculum Fees:

    K+: Families will receive purchasing links for curriculum that needs to be purchased and brought in on Back To School Night. 

    K+: Parents will receive an email invoice for any curriculum that GVA is required to purchase a license for.

    PreK: A classroom material fee of $100 per child will be invoiced 

     

    Family Discount for Monthly Fees (full time program only):

    Second child 10% off, third child 15% off, 4th child 20% off, etc. 

      

    Emergency Closure:

    In the event of an unplanned occurrence and GVA needs to close for an extended
    period of time, membership fees cannot be refunded. If numerous inclement
    weather closures occur, days may be made up in June.
