Thank you for your interest in covering Holiday Matsuri 2025, happening December 19-21, 2025 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL! Our Press & Media program welcomes journalists, photographers, broadcasters, and digital creators who plan to provide professional coverage of the convention.

Submitting this application does not guarantee approval, as credentials are limited. Applications will be reviewed based on outlet type, audience reach, and coverage history. Each member of your organization must apply separately. Organization must be an active reporting organization in the last 2 years.

 

As an approved Press & Media representative, you will receive:

• A complimentary 3-Day Press & Media Badge to Holiday Matsuri 2025
• Special notation on your badge identifying you as Press/Media
• Opportunities for your coverage to be featured or shared by Holiday Matsuri (with credit to your outlet)

 

Applicants must be able to:

• Provide credentials from a recognized news outlet, publication, or established media platform
• Actively create and publish coverage during or after the convention
• Share links or copies of your coverage with Holiday Matsuri within 30 days of the event

 

Who Does Not Qualify for Press & Media Credentials

To keep our program focused on professional coverage, please note that the following do not qualify for press/media badges:

• Personal social media accounts with limited or non-editorial reach
• Cosplay groups or fan photographers applying only for portfolio use
• Vendors, exhibitors, or marketing/promotions teams
• Agencies or individuals seeking credentials for business development rather than media coverage
