    INTER-SCHOOL-CHRISTIAN-FELLOWSHIP(ISCF)
  • ABOUT US - ISCF CLUB (STGC)

The ISCF Club is a vibrant, faith-driven community focused on fellowship, service, and spiritual growth. Our official theme for 2025–2026 is “FRUITFUL,THE DECIPLE’S PROOF”, which will guide all our activities, outreach, and devotion throughout the school year.

As part of the national ISCF body, we share in its motto:
“To know Christ, and to make Him known.”
This reminds us that everything we do is rooted in growing our own faith and sharing the message of Christ with others.

We meet every Monday at 3:00pm in Class 2S (Second Form Block) for engaging sessions that include interactive discussions, planning, and devotion.

Throughout the year, we host and participate in:

    Inter-clubbing
    Lunchtime Praise & Worship
    ISCF Week
    General Devotion Hosting
    Donation Drives & Fundraisers
    Fun Activities & Fellowship

Our goal is to create a space where students grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and make a positive impact on campus and beyond.

  • PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal information provided on this application will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for official club purposes, such as communication and event coordination. Your data will not be shared, disclosed, or used for any other purpose without your consent.
  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • ISCF Code of Conduct

    applicable for all members
  • We want all members to enjoy their time in ISCF while contributing positively to the group. These guidelines help us stay organized and respectful of each other’s time.

    Attendance

Members are encouraged to attend meetings as regularly as possible so they can stay involved and connected.
If you cannot attend, please let an executive member know in advance where possible.

    Punctuality

Try to arrive on time so meetings can start smoothly. Occasional lateness is understandable, but repeated lateness may limit your ability to fully participate.

    Participation

Members are encouraged to take part in discussions, activities, and events — your voice and presence matter.
There’s no penalty for staying quiet, but we love when everyone gets involved.

    Respect & Conduct

Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. If behavior becomes a serious issue, members may first be given a warning. Continued misconduct may result in being asked to leave a meeting, event, or in the worst case removal from the club entirely to preserve a safe and positive environment for others.

    Confidentiality

Some club matters (like plans for special events) should be kept private until announced publicly — help us keep surprises fun and organized.

    Voluntary Withdrawal

If you no longer wish to participate, please let an executive member know so we can update our records and plan accordingly.

    Fairness & Communication

If you ever feel something is unfair, or if you have suggestions, you’re encouraged to speak with an executive member or the club advisor. We value open communication and want everyone to feel welcome.

    • Terms & Conditions (for executives)

    • Mandatory Attendance

All executive members must attend 100% of scheduled meetings unless excused for a legitimate, pre-approved reason (e.g., illness, emergency, school-mandated obligation).
Trivial or unexcused absences (e.g., social events, lack of interest, poor time management) will not be tolerated.
Each unexcused absence will be recorded as a strike. Three (3) strikes will result in immediate removal from executive duties.

      Punctuality Requirement

Members must arrive on time. Repeated tardiness (three late arrivals = one strike) will be treated as partial absences.

      Preparation & Participation

Members are expected to come prepared, having reviewed agendas, updates, or tasks before each meeting.
Active engagement in discussions and decision-making is required.

      Professional Conduct

Members must maintain respectful and professional communication at all times, both in meetings and in official club correspondence.
Disruptive behavior, disrespect toward peers, or failure to collaborate constructively may result in disciplinary action.
Sensitive discussions (e.g., budgeting, member disputes, voting outcomes) are to remain confidential and may not be shared outside the executive board.

      Resignation Procedure

If a member cannot uphold these terms, they must submit a formal resignation so that responsibilities can be reassigned promptly.

      Appeals Process

Members may appeal a strike by submitting a written explanation to the club advisor or president within 48 hours of notification.
