We are so excited to have you try a class at DYNAMITE DANCE FACTORY! Six Week Programs are the PERFECT way for your child to “get their toes wet” at the dance studio! NO experience needed! Please fill out the information form below to sign up for a Six Week Class Pass-ONLY class(es) with availability! Six Week Class Pass Students are NOT in recital. CHEER DANCE SIX WEEK PROGRAM BEGINS NOVEMBER 11! MUST WEAR BLACK LEOTARD AND BLACK LEGGINGS AND TAN JAZZ SHOES FOR CHEER DANCE.

PLEASE READ TO MAKE SURE YOUR REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE. I understand that this form is to sign up for Six Week Class Pass. This does not mean that I am registered as a full-season Dynamite Dance Factory student that participates in recital. Once finishing my six week class program, I will be forwarded information via email if my child decides that they love to dance and wants to keep up the great work! I understand that my child must still follow the studio dress code and that each class pass is for one class. I may do two six week class passes if I decide to. I understand my registration for my Six Week Class Pass is not completed until I submit my pass payment via Zelle to dynamitedancefactory@gmail.com with my $125 class pass payment.
