Award-winning filmmakers Trent + Marlena are collaborating with Disneyland on a commercial campaign to celebrate their 70th anniversary. Please check out Trent & Marlena's previous work at TrentandMarlena.

Currently Casting:

Real families with kids ages 4-8 who love Disney, Star Wars and/or Pixar. All ages, sexualities, gender identities, abilities and ethnicities are encouraged to submit (no acting experience is preferred).

• Family with Kids 4-8 years old
• Multi-generational family with kids 4-8 years old
• LGBTQ+ parents 1-2 kids, ages 4-8
• Single Parent with kid(s) 4-8 y.o
• Family with diverse ability (member of family uses a wheelchair, other accessibility device or a service dog)
  
  

Requirements:

• ALL group members must:
  • live within 2.5 hours from Disneyland
  • be legal to work in the US
  • be a real couple, group of friends, or family

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to be considered for this project, you will be asked to submit photos and videos of your group. Please gather the following media request before completing the form.

• 1-2 selfies of each member of your group. NO SUNGLASSES, HATS, OR FILTERED PHOTOS. 
• 4-6 group photos (not everyone has to be in every photo). Feel free to take new photos for this submission (previous Disney photos a plus).
• 3-6 candid videos of your group (OPTIONAL). Make sure the clips are a minimum of 45 seconds in length and a maximum of 6 minutes. They can be videos of the kids playing in the yard, your group out eating dinner, a family dance party, videos from family outings or holiday gatherings–like a personal vlog you took to preserve the memories and remembering the moment. We want to catch your vibe! 
  • Any previously shot videos are fine, or feel free to shoot something new!
  • Editing is not necessary. Individual videos are fine. 
  • These videos will be used to get a sense of your personalities and group dynamic. They’ll only be used for selection purposes and not shared with the public.
• Self Tape video of your group. For the self tape, please make sure to hold the camera horizontally. You can tape wherever works for you. On your couch, at the dining room table, or outside is all perfectly fine. As long as we can see and hear everyone, that works. Please have all family members together for the video- if grandma/grandpa live close and they are submitting with you, we would love to see them too! Tapes should be between 2 and 5 minutes long. Answer the questions below.
  
  • Tell us what you like to do together as a family. It can be Disney related, but does not have to be!
  • Parents, please tell us about the first moment you fell in love with Disney. How old were you and what is that story?
  • Tell us your favorite Disney characters/movies. 
  • Please have each of your kids show us their favorite toy/gadget and explain why they like it.
  • Have a dance party as a family! Turn on your favorite music and dance for about 30 seconds to a minute.

Please upload the following photos:

Follow these guidelines carefully as it could affect your chances of being chosen if we do not receive all media requested.

• NO headshots. NO sunglasses or hats on. NO filtered photos/
• Please rename the files of the photos with each person's name.
• Photos should be taken recently and reflect your current looks (hair cut/color, facial hair, etc). 
• Any photos from Disney Parks or in Pixar/Star Wars/Disney/Marvel costumes are a bonus!

Please upload self tape videos.  

Guidelines to follow:

• Hold the camera horizontally.
• Tape wherever works best for your family, the couch, the dining room table, outside, etc. As long as we can see and hear everyone, that works.

• We want to see the magic that makes your group you! Show us what brings you joy — from your go-to group traditions to the moments that make you laugh the hardest. Send us clips that capture your vibe, your fun, and what makes your crew one-of-a-kind!
• Any previously shot videos are fine, or feel free to shoot something new!
• Editing is not necessary. Individual videos are fine.
