Event begins at 12:00 PM on October 25TH, 2025, and ends at 3:00 PM. Vendor setup begins at 11:00 AM. Table setup must be completed no later than 11:45 AM. Any vendors who have not paid in full by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17TH, 2025, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
