EGA Withdrawal Confirmation

Dear Parents,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know that your child will be sadly leaving Eastern Gymnastics Academy. While we are very sad to see you go, we hope to welcome you back in the near future.

By completing the withdrawal form, you are confirming that your child will be withdrawing for Term 4 and beyond.

Withdrawal form will need to be submitted by Saturday 27th September (Last Saturday of Term)

If you would like to rejoin us in the future, you're always welcome back! When you're ready to return, simply log in to your existing account or set up a new one, and register for your preferred class.

We’d love to have you back as part of the EGA family whenever the time is right!

✅ Please note:

You will not be charged for the upcoming term.
If you have already been charged but have submitted the form, please contact us immediately at easterngymnasticsacademy@gmail.com so we can assist you.

⚠️ Important:
If the form is not submitted, your child will remain enrolled and you will be liable for Term 4 fees, as enrolments automatically roll over from Term 3.

As we prepare for the upcoming term, we understand that some families may be moving on from Eastern Gymnastics Academy.

If your child will not be continuing with us next term, we kindly ask that you let us know. While goodbyes are always bittersweet, your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. We would love to understand your reason for leaving — whether it's a change of schedule, trying something new, or anything else — as it helps us grow and improve as a club.
