TERMS & CONDITIONS:

For orders with a down payment, the remaining balance must be fully settled on or before the item’s arrival at our local address.
- STRICTLY no order cancellations after form submission.
Please be advised that once an order has been placed, cancellations and refunds will not be permitted. However, the amount paid will not be forfeited. Instead, it will be converted into a store fund/credit, which may be used as payment for any item available in our store. This policy ensures flexibility for our customers while maintaining fairness and efficiency in processing orders.
- A refund will only be issued once the item is no longer in stock.
- 50% down payments are allowed. The remaining balance must be settled on or before the deadline date or before shipping.

All items are carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by international or local couriers. When your CD case is damaged in transit, we can provide a clear jewel case replacement. Please note that minor dents or creases on the vinyl corners are a natural occurrence and may occur during shipping.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered on vinyl records (e.g., cracked, split, damaged, or defective), we will promptly coordinate with the official merch store to arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
