In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Annual Warriors Walk, I hereby agree to the following:
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the possible risk and hazards that may occur in the whole duration of this Event. I voluntarily accept all dangers and hazards that could result in physical injury, damage, loss, illness, or death due to my participation in this Event. I further acknowledge and consent to the use of drones in the immediate vicinity of my person and minors in my care for the purpose of video and digital image captures.
FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE:
By participation in this Event, I confirm that I am physically and medically fit to join any and all activities that are associated with this Event.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND IDEMNIFICATION:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Warriors Walk and its affiliates from all legal actions and demands that may result from my participation, conduct, or actions at the event. I waive any and all rights to hold the Warriors Walk and its affiliates liable for any injury, loss of property, or damage that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the event.
WAIVER OF DIGITAL IMAGE AND AUDIO USE:
I hereby give my consent to the Warriors Walk to prepare, use, reproduce, publish, or exhibit, my picture, portrait, likeness, or voice, or any or all of them in or in connection with production of the Warriors Walk print and electronic publications. Any photograph, photo transparency, digital file, audiovisual tape, or any audiovisual illustration may be used without my prior examination of the finished product. I hereby waive my right to privacy in connection with the consent above given, and I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless all the parties to whom this consent is given from any liability whatsoever and agree that this consent and waiver will not be made the basis of a future claim of any kind against staff and administration of the Warriors Walk.
