Thank you for your interest in my bridal makeup services. Please carefully review this bridal contract. I require this contract to be completed and submitted with a non-refundable deposit. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have in regards to your wedding appointments. I look forward to working with you and your wedding party. This contract outlines an agreement made on_________(date), between Glambydian, LLC, and ______________(name)

Bride and Bridal Party Services:

Bridal makeup application day of wedding -$175

Lashes and makeup kits

Pre-wedding makeup trial $135

Bridesmaid -$120

Mother of the bride/groom -$120

Airbrush makeup/trial -foundation/contour$ 

Flower Girl Makeup: $45 (up to age 13)

Men's Grooming (complexion) $50

Travel/Extra Fees (if applicable): TBD

Transit costs - buses/taxis/trains/airfare/car rentals etc. TBD

Hotel or other needed accommodations -TBD

Additional hourly rate - ( for makeup touch-ups and to be on on stand by ) 100$ hourly 

 

 

Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit payment of 30% of all services is due on the signing and submission of this contract. Contract must be signed and submitted no later than two months prior to the wedding date.

A full payment of ALL scheduled appointments is due one week prior to the scheduled wedding date. Non-refundable (including travel expenses if applicable)

Returned check - if any check is returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds (NSF) a $35 fee will be charged on top of bank fees and 100% of all fees contracted for will be due in advance to keep bookings.

If for any reason the date is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited. If there is any need to cancel the appointments, it needs to be one month before scheduled date or else the full balance must be paid.

Bride agrees not to hold GlamByDian responsible for any allergic reactions developed as a result of makeup application that may occur to the Bride or bridal party. Any skin condition should be reported, by the client to the makeup artist, prior to the application. Clients agree to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Bride agrees to allow GlamByDian to take before and after pictures to use for the promotional use for advertising purposes on her website and other promotional materials. Client also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographers and/or videographers
