  • Toddler Music classes typically include 6–8 toddlers along with their caregivers, for a total group of up to about 16 people. Teachers must be comfortable leading the full group, communicating with both children and adults, and actively encouraging caregivers to participate alongside their child. Are you comfortable leading and engaging this type of group?
  • Toddler Music teachers must sing, move, dance, and lead activities confidently in front of a moderately large class of children and adults. Can you confidently do this?
  • Can you confidently read and sight-read standard sheet music for the instrument(s) you teach?
  • (Voice Teachers) Do you have basic piano skills — enough to play scales, warm-ups, and starting pitches for students?

    At Nieves Music Studio, we teach year round on a weekly recurring schedule. Our teachers are scheduled at the same day and time each week.

    At Nieves Music Studio, teachers are W-2 employees.

    We provide all necessary teaching materials, handle scheduling, provide instruments, and manage parent/client communication outside of a teacher’s active teaching schedule.

    Teachers are paid hourly, not per class.
