1. Scope of Work: The Artist will create a cyanotype print (“Work”). The artist has full creative liberty; recommendations may be considered, but final choices rest with the Artist. 2. Copyright & Usage: All rights remain with the Artist. Client receives personal use only. The Work may not be sold, reproduced, or profited from. Even if the Client provided the photo, once transformed, the Work is the Artist’s intellectual property. 3. Sales & Payment: All sales are final. Payment is due in full before production. Optional digital files are available for $10 if requested before mailing. 4. Review & Approval: The Client may review the proof before completion. No changes will be made once the document is finalized. 5. Delivery & Liability: Prints ship after completion/payment. Artist not liable for carrier delays. Variations in cyanotype tone and detail are natural and not flaws. 6. Entire Agreement: This document represents the full understanding between Artist and Client. 7. Social Media & Portfolio UseBy signing this agreement, the client allows Allison Billingsley Photography to share their photo(s) and/or cyanotype print(s) on social media, website, or portfolio for promotional purposes.
