General Policies
Professional Care: Massage therapy is not a substitute for veterinary care. If your horse or dog has an injury, illness, or ongoing medical condition, please consult your veterinarian before booking.
Animal Readiness: Horses should be reasonably clean, dry, and safely haltered/tied. Dogs should be leashed or in a secure area. Please ensure your animal is handled by someone they know and trust during the session.
Session Times: Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes for horses and 30–45 minutes for dogs. Times may vary depending on the animal’s needs and comfort.
Payment: A flat rate of $60 for equine and $40 for canine will be charged today. The remaining Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, or approved digital payment methods are accepted.
Travel Policy
No Travel Fee if you bring your horse to my location.
Travel Rates: (Due at the time of your appointment)
15 miles = $5
20 miles = $10
25 miles = $15
30 miles = $20
40 miles = $30
50 miles = $40
60 miles = $50
Travel Fee Waivers
Book 2 horses → up to 30 miles travel fee waived
Book 3 horses → up to 50 miles travel fee waived
Book 4 horses → up to 60 miles travel fee waived
Referral Perk: If you refer a friend in your area and they book, your travel fee will be waived at your next appointment (just like the multiple-horse booking option).
Cancellations & Weather Policy
Client Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may result in being charged the full session fee.
Weather: I am unable to successfully perform my job on wet animals (rain or snow). Safety comes first. If weather conditions make travel unsafe or if work cannot be properly performed, I reserve the right to cancel and reschedule at no charge.
Rescheduling: If you cancel within the allowed time, your session can be rescheduled without penalty.
