EMC Photography Release Form

This form is required for EMC students, families & staff to be included in PhotoArtGraphy photo/video shoots for EMC.
I the undersigned do hereby understand that all photographs/video taken at these ongoing photo shoots are the property of PhotoArtGraphy. I give PhotoArtGraphy the irrevocable right to use these photographs/video for reproduction in any print or electronic medium for the purposes of advertising, trade, display, exhibition, competition, or editorial use, including promotion of Experimental Movement Concepts (EMC) LLC where most of the photo shoots will take place. I have read this release and understand and agree to its terms. I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age or am the legal guardian of the below named student.

The ongoing photo shoots are provided by PhotoArtGraphy.com with the majority of the photo shoots taking place at EMC Performing Arts Studio which is located in New Freedom, Pennsylvania.
