     Event Date: Tuesday, August 4, 2026
     Location: 901 Payne Ave, St Paul, MN 55130
    Time: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Setup begins at 12:00 PM (noon) — no arrivals after 1:30 PM due to road closure and car safety)

    Space is limited — apply early!
    No sales permitted – samples encouraged
    Application Deadline: Tuesday, July 28 at 1:00 PM
    Vendor Status Notifications: Friday, July 31 by 1:00 PM

    Confirmed vendors will receive:

    ✅ 2 snow cone or cotton candy tickets
