TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Amax Travels Mississauga (TICO/IATA Approved), in partnership with Uqaab Tour Guide, coordinates travel arrangements for tours to Umrah and Turkey. Uqaab is a tour guide company that provides religious guidance services and facilitation support to Amax Travels. These organizations act solely as agents and facilitators for the passenger and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, or mishaps that may occur during the travel process, including but not limited to issues with airlines, hotels, transportation services, or other third-party providers.
- A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required upon registration. This fee is mandatory and non-refundable. The total cost is subject to change due to last-minute changes, fluctuations in airfare, local ground transportation, hotel availability, or other unforeseen changes in itinerary.
- None of the above-mentioned organizations / companies are responsible for changes or cancellations caused by flight emergency landings, acts of God, political instability in the country, civil unrest, or delays due to airlines. Passengers must contact the airline directly for any applicable refunds or claims, as per the airline’s policy. Airline refunds will not be processed by the Amax travel agency or Uqaab Tour Guide.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they follow all airline procedures, including visa, travel documentation, and airport reporting protocols. Amax Travels - Uqaab Guide is not responsible for missed flights, program components missed due to lateness, or personal delays. Any additional expenses to rejoin the tour due to such issues are the responsibility of the participant.
- No refunds will be issued for any unused services. A deposit of $1000.00 is required to reserve your spot.
- All payments, including deposits and final balance, must be made via e-transfer, bank transfer, direct deposit, or cheque.
- Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure are subject to a $1000 per person administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
Additional penalties may apply as enforced by airlines, hotels, or transportation services.
Accommodation & Travel Adjustments:
Upon full payment, passengers acknowledge their commitment to the travel package.
Requests for services outside of the pre-set package may result in adjusted pricing.
If a passenger initially selects shared accommodation but later opts for private, the full private rate applies without discounts. Airline selection is at the sole discretion of the operator based on logistics. Any travel or hotel services not included in the official itinerary are the passenger’s own responsibility.
If hotel substitutions are necessary, the operator will aim to provide alternatives of similar standard. However, hotel services are provided by third-party vendors, and Uqaab Tour Guide or Amax Travels are not liable for quality or performance issues.
Transportation services within Makkah, Madinah or Istanbul (if applicable) in /or during the 8-10 day tour will be arranged by the operator. The operator is not liable for any disruption in local services. All participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for issues such as trip interruption, baggage loss, or medical emergencies.
Deposits are non-refundable, and a 100% cancellation fee applies as per package policy. No exceptions will be made for accredited travelers. Prices may increase due to exchange rate changes, service charges, or other unforeseen issues. Failure to make full payment constitutes breach of contract, and the passenger will be held responsible for any recovery costs. Any leniency shown in deadlines does not constitute a waiver of contractual terms.
Amax Travels and Uqaab Tour Guide act as agents and facilitators and assume limited liability for circumstances outside their control. Travel insurance is essential, especially for emergency cases involving illness, death, or political instability.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or amend any part of the contract at their discretion.
