If my design is selected as the winner, I grant Nurtured by Design® / Kangaroo Care Day® a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and exclusive license to use, adapt, publish, display, and distribute it as the official 2026 theme design — including on the website, social media, printed materials, fundraising campaigns, and other products.

If my design is not selected, I keep ownership but agree not to use it for T-shirts, fundraising, or promotional products, so that the official design remains unique and recognizable worldwide.
