Pickup & Delivery Instructions

Place laundry in a secure bag or container labeled with your name.

Leave the bag at the agreed-upon pickup location (front porch, garage, or designated area).

Ensure pets are secured during pickup and delivery. If pets are roaming loose, pickup may be refused.

For delivery, ensure someone is available to receive the order or provide safe drop-off instructions.

Confirm any special requests (stains, delicate fabrics, hypoallergenic detergent, bulky bedding) in advance.

Service Terms

Pickup & Delivery Windows: Pickups are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and deliveries between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Same-day service is available only when confirmed.

Bag Limits: Standard service covers up to 7 bags per pickup. Additional bags must be pre-approved.

Laundry Care: All laundry is handled with reasonable care. Smart Wash Laundry Pickup & Delivery, or FL1 Smart Wash LLC, is not responsible for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinking, or items labeled “dry clean only” that are submitted with wash & fold laundry.

Stain Treatment: We do our best to treat stains, but we cannot guarantee complete removal.

Lost or Missing Items: Smart Wash Laundry Pickup & Delivery or FL1 Smart Wash LLC will not be liable for items left in pockets, loose personal effects (e.g., jewelry, keys), or for normal wear-and-tear during washing/drying.

Unattended Pickups/Deliveries: If laundry is left outside or delivered to a location without the customer present, Smart Wash Laundry Pickup & Delivery or FL1 Smart Wash LLC is not responsible for loss or theft.

Health & Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service for items contaminated with bodily fluids, pet waste, mold, mildew, or infestations (e.g., bedbugs).

Allergies: While hypoallergenic detergent is available, we cannot guarantee against allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed pickups may be charged a $10 fee.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of scheduling.

Liability Cap: In any case of proven damage or loss, Smart Wash Laundry Pickup & Delivery or FL1 Smart Wash LLC’s liability will not exceed the cost of the affected item(s), capped at $50 per order.
