View the TSA Limited Constitution
As an existing member of the unincorporated entity known as Temple Society Australia (TSA), I seek to become a Member of the Company known as Temple Society Australia Limited (a company limited by guarantee).
In doing so, I reaffirm my commitment to the TSA (noting that the Company already has permission from ASIC – the Australian Securities & Investments Commission – to have the word “Limited” removed from the everyday usage of its name) by:
- acting in a manner which conforms with the vision, purpose and values of the TSA;
- participating in the endeavours of the TSA;
- paying an annual contribution except by agreement due to financial hardship; and
- otherwise observing the Constitution of the TSA and any rules made thereunder.
I agree to be bound by the terms of the Constitution of Temple Society Australia Limited and in accordance with clause 3 of the Company’s Constitution, I commit to contributing an amount of $10 to the property of the Company if the Company is wound up:
a) while I am a Member; and
b) at the time of winding up, the debts and liabilities of the Company, including the costs of winding up, exceed the Company’s assets.
If this Membership Form is signed before the date of the 2025 TSA Annual General Meeting (to be held on October 26, 2025), I understand that it becomes effective only from the following day (October 27, 2025).
