Design wishes

Tell us your wishes regarding the leotard, the theme of the program, color wishes, etc. which we will pass on to the designer. You can give the designer specific wishes for the design or give them complete freedom. The more specific you are, the easier it will be for the designer to capture your wishes.

Upload a "mood board" and inspiration images of the costume's design, theme and feeling to support your design! You can also upload program music.

Minor edits are included in the design price. Larger changes are charged at 50 euros/hour depending on how long it takes the designer to make the changes. Minor changes include, for example, changing colors or adding or removing an existing patterns.

Primarly, match the sizes based on last season's leotards if you have ordered leotards from Swoop Studio before. If your old leotard is a little small, order one size larger. If your old suit is really small, order two sizes larger.

 If you do not have Swoop costumes to try the sizes from, please send us the measurements of the gymnasts. See the instructions for measuring and fill in the measurements in the attached excel form.

Order and delivery terms and price list

Order terms

• The order is binding when we have sent the order confirmation by email.
  
  
• Payment 10 days after delivery. The invoice is sent by email to the customer.
  
  
• Cancellation of an individual costume is possible as long as the costumes have not been printed on the fabric. Once the costumes have been printed, cancellation is no longer possible.
  
  
• The entire order can only be cancelled free of charge for a particularly compelling reason and if the costume has not been designed. If the costume has been designed and the order is to be cancelled, we will charge a design fee of €250.

• Please try on the costumes as soon as you receive them. Report any complaints immediately so that we have time to make any necessary repairs.

• Very small print errors caused by printing will not be corrected if they can be easily covered with rhinestones or other decorations. In this way, we strive to be ecological and minimize unnecessary waste during production.

• The rights to the prints remain with the designer and Swoop Studio. The costumes are designed individually according to the customer's wishes, but the costumes can be resold individually at the Swoop costume flea market if they are left in our warehouse as extras, for example due to a production error.

• We store the print designs for at least two years, so additional orders can be placed. However, slight differences in tone are possible between costumes made in different batches.

   

Delivery time and method

• We always try to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time is approximately 6-12 weeks, depending on the queue situation. We will give an estimate of the exact delivery time when the leotards go into production, i.e. when the print design has been approved and the size lists have been submitted.

• Shipping costs and method: Postage, shipping costs approximately 20€ to Denmark, 50€ to Faroe Islands. Shipping to Faroes can take even 14 days.

   

Colors

• It is possible that colors may appear differently on different screens versus on fabric. We strive to match the colors to the sketch, but there may still be slight differences in tone.

• Small differences in tone between costumes are possible. However, the difference in tone is not so great that it would justify a costume deduction in competitions.

• Neon colors cannot be printed due to the color profile of the textile printer.

• Printed black may cast a slight blue, brown or gray, as the leotards are printed always on a white fabric.
