This document is an agreement between Archive of Market and Social Research (hereafter referred to as “AMSR”) and the individual or organisation making a contribution of material to AMSR.

I understand that this material may be used or reproduced, in both physical and electronic format, for articles, research, promotions and exhibitions within AMSR and by the general public, news media and other organisations.I understand that material accessed directly from AMSR archive for reproduction elsewhere will be attributed to the originating author or body and to AMSR. Where that material is subsequently used by other authors, including material generated by Artificial Intelligence, or where directly accessed by Artificial Intelligence software, it may or may not be attributed.Contributed material may appear in AMSR promotional initiatives, such as on the website, in social media or reproduced in AMSR books.I understand that my contributions may be kept in separate collections, in different areas of the archive. Although avoided where possible, they may be subject to deaccession/removal from the collections at the discretion of AMSR, in keeping with the Archives Collection Policy. In the event of deaccession I may be contacted at the address provided above for a return of the material. I understand that any deaccessioned material which is not returned to the original contributor will be securely destroyed.
If AMSR determines that any of these items are unnecessary for their archive, I request the following:
