Winterizing is done on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please fill out this form to let us know of your winterization preferences. All forms online or printed out must be turned in by October 31st, 2025.
Winterization Service Offered by Erwin Marine

Due to the numerous manufacturers we represent, we have expanded our process to include updated techniques for safely winterizing your product when stored in our region, which may or may not align with manufacturer recommendations. We strive to adhere to manufacturer recommendations, along with the regionally specific expertise of our factory-trained technicians. Our process is not guaranteed to match your manufacturer's recommendations, but is based on a process that has worked for more than 30 years for the Chattanooga, Hamilton County/ Grant, Alabama area winter climate.
Premium Package $379

We stabilize your fuel system to help prevent gum and varnish buildup and extend fuel life during storage. Where appropriate, we fog the engine for added internal protection, then run and flush the system with approximately three gallons of propylene glycol. Once complete, all drain plugs and clamps are securely bagged and attached to the steering wheel.

IMPORTANT:

All engine drain plugs, hull drain plugs, and clamps will be placed in a storage bag and attached to the steering wheel. Plugs must be reinstalled before use or engine damage can occur.

De-winterization for your boat is necessary and is not included in the above pricing. Erwin Marine has no responsibility for damage to boats de-winterized by owners or others. Contact us in early spring to schedule de-winterization service.

In the event that harsh weather occurs after our receipt of this form, Erwin Marine reserves the right to decline the service of winterizing your boat due to the potential damage that may have already occurred. In this event, a member of our service staff will speak to you. It is your responsibility to monitor the weather and protect your boat in the event of freezing temperatures.

Winterization Protection:

Winterization protection is valid for the 2025 storage season. The fuel stabilizer and propylene glycol are not intended to provide extended storage protection. Erwin Marine is not responsible for any damages which may occur after the above specified 1st winter period.

Erwin Marine cannot stand behind the service if the boat is not returned to Erwin Marine to be properly de-winterized.

Acknowledgment Required:

We must have a digitally signed copy of this agreement. Your signature acknowledging this letter is required for service to be provided.
