1. Eligibility
The Program is open to attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals in good standing.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Participation may be restricted in jurisdictions where referral incentives are limited by law or ethical rules. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable professional conduct rules.
2. How the Program Works
You may refer clients to the Company by providing them with your unique referral code or by submitting their information via the referral form.
A referral is considered valid when:
The referred client engages the Company for translation services, and
The client completes payment for the project in full.
3. Rewards & Compensation
Referral Partners may choose from the following reward structures:
Cash Bonus: 10% of project value for the first 3 referrals; 5% ongoing for the lifetime of that client.
Service Credits: Equal value in translation credits applied toward your own or your firm’s projects.
Tiered Rewards: Increased commission rates based on volume, as outlined in program details.
Rewards are calculated based on the net amount paid by the client (excluding taxes, refunds, or chargebacks).
Rewards are distributed monthly via [check, bank transfer, PayPal, or credit—specify your method].
4. Restrictions
Self-referrals (referring yourself as a client) are not eligible.
Fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading referrals will be disqualified.
The Program cannot be used in any way that violates attorney ethics rules, professional regulations, or applicable laws.
5. Confidentiality & Data
Client information submitted must be accurate and provided with the client’s knowledge and consent.
The Company will maintain confidentiality of client data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
6. Program Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to Referral Partners.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total referral rewards paid to you under the Program.
8. Governing Law
