EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

KIDZ IN MOTION is the only international conference focused exclusively on child passenger safety (CPS).

Attendees have access to child restraint manufacturers, latest product updates and CPS resources, research, best practices, and local/state/national/international programming ideas. There are ample opportunities to earn Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) CEUs throughout the conference.

Day 1 (Wednesday, Aug. 26) is dedicated to Extended Learning Sessions, in-depth learning, skills and knowledge building 3-hour or 6-hour workshops. Attendees pick the Extended learning Session(s) of their choice at the time of registration.

Days 2 and 3 (Thursday-Friday, Aug. 27-28) are dedicated to workshops by and for everyone in the child passenger safety family: public health, fire and EMS, law enforcement, volunteers, manufacturers, hospitals, researchers, engineers, advocates, local/state/national departments of transportation.

• All exhibitors must align with KIDZ IN MOTION Training's mission, which is dedicated to supporting and strengthening Child Passenger Safety education.
• At its sole discretion, KIDZ IN MOTION Training reserves the right to reject exhibitor registrations with or without cause.

Additional Exhibitor Representatives

Please have additional representatives, who are not covered by exhibit space fees, register using the KIDZ IN MOTION Attendee Registration form. On the Attendee Registration form, they can indicate that they are an additional exhibitor representative and list the exhibitor.

Registration Confirmation

Registrants will receive a registration confirmation via email. To ensure that you receive your confirmation, check that info@kidzinmotion.us is on your safe senders list.

A copy of your registration form will be included in the email.

Registration Completion

Registration is not complete until payment is received. Payment in full must be received by Monday, Aug. 24, 2026.

Late Fees

Payments not received by Monday, Aug. 24, 2026, will incur a $10.00 late fee and an additional 1.5% late fee every 30 days until payment is received.
