I understand that Camp Hawkeye is a drug and alcohol free campus. No person, staff or camper, may use or possess drugs or alcohol of any kind. All prescription and over the counter medications must be checked in with the nurse and stored in the Health Center. All recreational drugs, whether legal or not, including CBD and THC derivatives in vape or other forms are not permitted. Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed or stored on site.*

This position involves long hours (~7:00AM–9:30PM with one hour off during that time window), living in community (sleeping in cabins with children and other adults), high physical and emotional energy, and caring for youth and yourself in all weather conditions.
