Coon Creek Community Watershed Council Membership Form

CCCWC membership is open to everyone, regardless of where you live, your relationship to agriculture, or other demographic factors.

Some of our funders ask that we report basic demographic information about our members, including how our membership engages with agriculture. The next series of questions will help us keep track of that information. 

These questions are optional, but your answers will allow the CCCWC to best serve the Coon Creek Watershed.

Membership Rights and Responsibilities

Members have the right to attend monthly membership meetings of the CCCWC

Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

You may suspend your membership at any time

The membership of the CCCWC shall consist of anyone who has a vested interest in the Coon Creek Watershed with a vested interest in the goals and purpose of the CCCWC. The parties with a vested interest shall be deemed a "general member" of the CCCWC and eligible to vote for, or be elected to, the Board of Directors at an annual meeting of the CCCWC.
