Camp Ondessonk is happy to accommodate its long-distance campers. Transportation can be arranged to/from Camp Ondessonk for the areas of Tinley Park, Champaign and Mt. Vernon by way of Camp Ondessonk bus service. Bus seating is very limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

CARGO SPACE IS VERY LIMITED. Please be courteous of others & pack as efficiently as possible.

There will be lunch stops to/from Camp Ondessonk in Mt. Vernon. Give your child enough cash to purchase a lunch, remind them to save some money, and keep it on hand to pay for lunch on the return trip (if applicable).

Parents should be at the bus pick-up/drop-off locations at least 10 minutes before given time to allow buses to run on schedule. Parents will be notified of any changes in times that exceed 15 minutes. The bus cannot wait for late arrivals!

Unaccompanied children will not be allowed to board the bus.

Bus campers will only be released to adults on the authorized pickup list.

Every camper is expected to follow and respect the rules of the counselors and drivers. Vandalism, smoking or drug use will not be tolerated. All camp rules and regulations apply to bus transportation. Parents will be liable for any damages incurred.

The bus will arrive at Camp at approximately 2:00 pm Sunday and depart Camp by 9:30 am Saturday.
- Scheduled route times may change based on passenger stops and/or traffic.
