Request Form for SCNAVTA Graduation Cords & Oath Cards
Instructions:
Active SCNAVTA Chapter Advisors may request graduation cords and/or oath cards for their SCNAVTA member graduates at no charge. Please complete the order form below. Once submitted, items will be mailed to the Chapter Advisor for distribution to graduates.
***Please allow four (4) weeks from the time of submission to receive your cords.***

NAVTA will send each SCNAVTA graduate a congratulatory email and convert their account to an Active Membership for the rest of the calendar year. This ensures continued access to member benefits and frees up seats in your master account for new members.
