Commitment of Support
The sponsor affirms their commitment to the selected sponsorship level for the 2025 Veterans Day Parade and/or Block Party, hosted by The Steadfast Valor Foundation.

Payment Terms
Sponsorship contributions must be received in full by November 1st, 2025, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment instructions will be provided upon submission of this form.

Recognition & Benefits
Sponsorship benefits (including but not limited to logo placement, announcements, banners, and promotional recognition) are allocated based on both the sponsorship level selected and the timely receipt of payment.

Use of Logos & Materials
By committing to sponsorship, the sponsor grants The Steadfast Valor Foundation permission to use their business name, logo, and related branding materials in print, digital, and live promotions connected to the 2025 Veterans Day Parade and Block Party.

Adjustments & Organizer Discretion
While every effort will be made to honor the benefits outlined in the sponsorship guide, the organizer reserves the right to make adjustments to event logistics, placement, or recognition methods as necessary for the success of the event.

Non-Refundable Commitment
Sponsorship contributions are considered a charitable commitment to support veterans recognition and community programming and are non-refundable.
