  • Form Directions: Each adult family member is invited to share their time and talent in any of our stewardship opportunities. Fill in your name and preferred contact information and then make your ministry selections. Please refer to the Stewardship Opportunity Guide for ministry descriptions. 

    Please note: Participation in Stewardship is an annual re-commitment. If you are currently active in a ministry and wish to remain active, you must mark that selection again this year.

    Please Note: Middle School Youth must serve with a Parent.
    High School Seniors age 18 and over must be Virtus Trained.
