I confirm I am 18+ and will bring a valid government-issued ID.I understand I cannot be tattooed if I arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol.A non-refundable $50 deposit will be required once your artist schedules your appointment. The deposit goes toward your final tattoo cost.Reschedules require 48 hours’ notice to move your deposit. Cancellations or no-shows will result in losing your deposit.
