Event Application, Release & Wavier Form
The Forney Arts Council (FAC) and the City of Forney are accepting vendor applications for participation in the 2025 Christmas on Main event on Saturday, December 6, 2025! 2D/3D Artists & Artisan craft vendors in the Forney and greater North Texas area are eligible to participate! This is a family-friendly event so all artwork and artisan products should be suitable to be viewed by all ages.

How to Apply: Please fill out the Vendor Application, Release & Waiver Form and submit by October 31, 2025 at 11:59PM. Late applications will not be accepted. All applications will be reviewed and approved or denied the week of November 3, 2025. Space is limited and the vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event. Product quality will determine selection approval, with priority given to vendors selling items that are holiday-related. All vendors selling seasonal gourmet products will need to apply for a food permit from the City of Forney. You will be notified via email of your application approval status and, if approved, will have 5 business days to complete your registration process using the payment link emailed to you. Late payments will not be accepted. The registration fee is $125 for non-FAC members and $70 for current FAC members. Sales: The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney will NOT be taking a commission on sales. Vendors are responsible for their own sales and must have their booth supervised during all hours of the event. There is no WiFi so we encourage vendors to use their phone as a hotspot.

Setup Instructions: The City of Forney will provide vendors with a 10x10 space. Vendors will need to provide their own tents plus tables, chairs, and other display equipment to display and sell their artisan products. Vendors will be contacted prior to the event date with additional details regarding the setup and take down process.

RELEASE & WAVIER:

By signing below, the Vendor specifically expresses his or her understanding and agreement that The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney carry no insurance or other coverage against damage, destruction, theft, or other loss of or to the artwork or artisan products while on event premises. The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney also do not have and do not accept any liability for and do not give any guarantee against any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss to the artwork or artisan products. The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney do not have and do not accept any liability for damage, destruction, theft, or other loss during delivery to or removal from event premises by the Vendor or any other persons. The Vendor further agrees to save and hold the Forney Arts Council and City of Forney harmless in the event of any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss.

I, the Vendor, hereby declare that I have read the foregoing Release and that in consideration of the privilege of displaying the entitled artwork in the above-mentioned event, I hereby agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions stated in the Release.

I, the Vendor, agrees that the entitled artwork and artisan products shall remain on display until the end of the event except in the case of a sale.

I, the Vendor, agree to allow the Forney Arts Council and the City of Forney the right to photograph me and/or my work during the course of the event, and to use those photographs for promotional purposes at the discretion of the Forney Arts Council and the City of Forney.

I, the Vendor, hereby verify that I myself have created all the artwork or artisan products on display and that I accept the rules and regulations regarding participation.

I, the Vendor, hereby represent and warrant that I have read this Release and Waiver Form in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I have signed this Release and Waiver Form voluntarily and of my own free will.
