Art Docent Program (Ongoing)

Art Docent: Lead prepared lessons and guide students. Materials/training provided.Day-of Helper: Assist students with projects and clean up.Prep & Supplies: Prepare materials ahead of lessons.
Auction (Spring 2026)

Procurement: Help secure donations and items.Day-of Helper: Set up, assist guests, manage check-in/checkout, and clean up.
Fun Run, Walk & Roll Fundraiser (October 10th, 2025)

Prizes / Pledge Helper: Track pledges and organize student prizes.Set Up / Clean Up: Mark track, supervise students, welcome families, and pack up afterward.
Ice Cream Social (September 19th, 2025)

Day-of Helper: Decorate, set up, hand out ice cream, and clean up afterward.
Kindergarten Play Dates (Summer 2026)

Day-of Helper: Set up, greet families, assist with activities, and clean up.
Kindergarten Tears & Cheers Breakfast (Fall 2026)

Day-of Helper: Set up, greet families, assist, and clean up.
Legislative (Ongoing)

Committee Helper: Track education updates, share information with families, and support advocacy efforts.
Membership (Ongoing)

Coordinator: Track sign-ups and manage membership drives.Event Table Helper: Answer questions and assist families during events.
Missoula Children's Theater (1/12-1/17 2026)

Rehearsal Support: Assist during weeknight rehearsals.Cast Support: Help students backstage with props, costumes, and organization.Set Up / Tear Down: Prepare and pack up the stage and seating.
Monster Mash (October 24, 2025)

Day-of Helper: Decorate, set up tables and games, run booths, and pack up afterward.
Popcorn Friday (Monthly)

Help make Popcorn Fridays a success by popping, bagging, and distributing popcorn to students.
School Garden (Ongoing)

Day-of Helper: Assist with planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting.Classroom Support: Help students and teachers with garden-based lessons.Seasonal Projects: Help with larger tasks like raised beds or mulching.
Spring Carnival (Spring 2026)

Day-of Helper: Decorate, set up, run booths, and clean up afterward.
Staff Appreciation (Ongoing)

Show appreciation for teachers and staff with meals and treats.Committee/Helper: Donate items, set up, greet staff, replenish food, and clean up.
STEAM Fair (March 2026)

Project/Booth Helper: Greet families and assist students with projects.Set Up / Tear Down: Help before and after the event.
Toymaker Enrichment Program (TBD)

Program Organizer: Coordinate scheduling and logistics.Day-of Helper: Assist students with guidance and hands-on support.
