FOREVEREST 5K REGISTRATION FORM

Our Mission:

“FOREVEREST exists to ensure no family grieves the loss of a child alone—by raising awareness, equipping communities with tools of care, and providing financial relief that helps families turn grief into hope and purpose.

In 2023 we raised $3,500 to help a local family who had a child loss.

In 2024 we raised over $5k to help another family during the tradgedy of loss. 

This year we hope to help two families during the hardest time of their lives. 

We invite you to join us as we honor the legacy of our son Everest and support another family who is experiencing a devestating loss.

$30 per registrant to receive a FOREVEREST 5k shirt.

**Please note that all registrations after Oct. 15th will not be guaranteed a shirt.

There are a few ways to pay for registration and/or donate:

OR

Cash/Check at the event. 

All proceeds will go directly to a local family who has recently lost a child.

If you would like to donate beyond the suggested registration of $30:

You may do so at the event OR via an online donation form which will be emailed/texted to you shortly after you register. 

**FOREVEREST is a registered nonprofit corporation in the State of Washington. While we do not yet hold 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status (meaning contributions are not tax-deductible), we are committed to full financial transparency. All proceeds are deposited into a dedicated FOREVEREST charitable account and distributed directly to the family or families in need after the event. At year’s end, we provide an Annual Impact & Financial Report to share the difference your support has made.**
