Campus Tour and Student Interview

1. Ongoing Therapeutic EnvironmentI understand that Anniston Academy is an active therapeutic and educational setting. During my visit, I may observe students engaged in various therapeutic, educational, or behavioral support services, including but not limited to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other individualized interventions.I agree to:Remain respectful and non-disruptive at all timesFollow all staff directions during the tourRefrain from interacting with students unless explicitly permitted. 2. Confidentiality and Privacy: I understand. that all students at Anniston Academy have a right to privacy and confidentiality. I agree that I will NOT:Photograph, video record, or audio record any students, staff, or activities, disclose, or discuss any identifying or sensitive information about students or families, post any observations from the tour on social media or public platforms in a way that could identify or describe a student. This includes any verbal, written, or electronic communication. 3. Compliance with Laws and Ethical Standards: I acknowledge that Anniston Academy operates in compliance with applicable privacy laws and ethical standards, including those related to student confidentiality and protected information. I agree to uphold these standards during and after my visit. 4. Assumption of Responsibility: I understand that failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate termination of my visit and restriction from future access to the campus. 5. Acknowledgment: By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. In accordance with state regulations, I acknowledge that I was offered a tour of Anniston Academy prior to enrollment.
