COS Scholarship Application Form

Application Deadline: December 1, 2025
The DeVeau's Gymnastics Booster Club is excited to offer a $1500 scholarship to one senior female athlete and one senior male athlete who competes at the 2026 Circle of Stars Invitational. Plans to participate as a college gymnast are not a requirement. Scholarship applications are judged by an independent panel of reviewers unassociated with DeVeau’s School of Gymnastics or its Booster Club.

Applicants are required to submit:
- This digital application form, which includes an essay
- Two letters of recommendation (at least one from a HS teacher)
- An official high school transcript showing a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a scale of 4.0
- Also, please be prepared to provide a color photo after applying
