  • Get Psych'd Skills (GPS) - Navigating your Emotions, is a skills based Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group programs for young people aged 12 - 25. 

    Over 3 separate modules of 6-weeks young people learn practical skills to:

    With flexibility to choose to do just 1, 2 or all 3 modules!

    DBT skills assist young people with a range of challenges, including anger concerns, verbal and physical aggression, conflict in relationships, problematic behaviours, self-harm behaviours and difficulties managing emotions. 

    GPS groups are held weekly for 6-weeks on:

    • GPS for Youth: Tuesdays from 4pm-6pm for young people aged 12-18
    • GPS for Young Adults: Wednesdays from 3pm-5pm for young adults aged 18-25

    GPS groups are run on a rolling schedule through each of the 3 modules. Modules aren't sequential and can be undertaken in any order.

    You will receive a phone call from one of our clinicians prior to commencing a module of the GPS group program.

  • Participants must be available to attend the full 6-weeks of the module.

  • Funding

  • Unless otherwise indicted below, the invoice for payment of the module fee will be sent to the participant's nominated email. 

  • You will receive a phone call from one of our team members to obtain further information and confirm funding arrangements prior to your registration for the module being finalised. 

  • *For this funding option, please provide contact details of the young person's support worker/case worker, as we may need to contact them to confirm funding arrangements.
