2016 Volunteer Registration

The Ballarat Agricultural & Pastoral Society would like to thank you for your interest in joining our organisation as a volunteer to be a part of the Ballarat Show 2026. As a not-for-profit organisation we rely heavily on the wonderful support of volunteers to help us with the Ballarat Show. Volunteers are mainly involved in the Family Pavilion where we offer lots of free activities for the children to be involved in. If children are volunteering, we would ask that they be supervised by an adult to help them throughout the day if needed. Any adult 18 years and over needs to provide a current Working with Children Check. All volunteers will be unable to commence without a Working with Children Check. All volunteers will receive FREE ENTRY into the show on the day they are volunteering. To express your interest as a volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Application form.
