This NON-RIDDEN clinic is thoughtfully designed to support the human side of the horse–rider partnership, creating a calm and supportive space to slow down, reflect and reconnect.

The human-focused session gently explores ways to settle mental and emotional overwhelm, helping participants better understand their own stress responses and how anxiety and worry can show up in everyday life — both with and without the horse.

You’ll be guided through simple, practical tools to:

• Bring more calm and steadiness into your daily routine
• Recognise early signs of stress or worry before they build
• Learn ways to plan for anxiety rather than feel controlled by it
• Develop emotional awareness and self-trust at your own pace

This session forms the foundation of confidence building, allowing riders to feel more grounded, present and supported before stepping into work with their horse.

There is no pressure to perform or “get it right” — simply space to notice, learn and grow.

The clinic is held in a small, nurturing group setting, alongside like-minded women who are seeking calm, understanding and connection.

It’s a shared space where learning happens without judgement, comparison or expectation.

By placing the rider first, this clinic supports a more balanced, confident and compassionate partnership with your horse.

• Cancellations made 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟕 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 before the clinic are eligible for a 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝.

• Cancellations 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝟕 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 are 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, however you may 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭 to another participant if you organise a replacement 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝟒𝟖 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 of the clinic start time.

In the event of 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (temperatures above 𝟑𝟓°𝐂 or heavy rain), a 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 will be offered. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝.
