Our Service Model: A Simple, Success-Based Partnership
As a landowner, your focus is on your operation. You could be leaving valuable income on the table because you don't have time to navigate the complex world of land-based programs. That's where we come in.

Part 1: The $0.10/Acre Strategic Blueprint
For an upfront fee of $0.10 per acre, we perform the foundational work to create a comprehensive alternative revenue and risk mitigation plan for your property. This includes an initial consultation, data collection, and a full opportunity analysis.

Part 2: The 20% Contingency Fee – Your Enrollment Partner
Once you decide to move forward, we do the heavy lifting. We charge a 20% contingency fee ONLY on the program proceeds you actually receive. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid. This covers application management, negotiation, and ongoing support.
