Part 1: The Strategic Plan
First, we conduct a thorough analysis of your property and operational data to understand your objectives. This initial phase involves:
- Data Collection & Analysis: We gather all necessary information about your land and operation to perform a comprehensive review.
- Opportunity Identification: We identify all suitable income programs—such as those for carbon, renewable energy, or conservation—that align with your goals.
- Deliverable: You receive a formal strategic plan that outlines these potential opportunities, giving you a clear roadmap for making an informed decision.
You are in complete control. If you choose not to pursue any of the opportunities we identify, there is no further fee or obligation.
Part 2: Enrollment and Implementation (Success-Based Fee)
If you decide to move forward with a program from the strategic plan, we manage the entire implementation process on your behalf. Our compensation for this work is a 20% success fee, which is based only on the "Program Proceeds" (grants, lease payments, etc.) that you actually receive.
This partnership is structured so our compensation is directly tied to the financial results we deliver to you.
- No Upfront Risk: We invest our own time and resources into the application and negotiation process. There are no hourly bills for our implementation services.
- Payment Only Upon Your Success: Our fee is only due after your application is approved and you have received the funds. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid.
- Services Covered: This fee covers all application management, negotiation support, and ongoing assistance to help you meet compliance requirements for the life of the program.
