    تعهد الافصاح عن تضارب المصالح والدعم التجاري

    بناءً على معايير الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية لاعتماد الجهات المقدمة لخدمات التطوير المهني بأن يتم الافصاح عن تضارب المصالح والدعم التجاري الفعلي والمحتمل فيما يخص المحتوى العلمي للأنشطة والبرامج المقدمة وكيفية معالجة تضارب المصالح إن أثبت واتعهد بالإفصاح عن أي تضارب في المصالح أو دعم تجاري إن وجد في أنشطة وبرامج التطوير المهني التي تقدمها مدينة الأمير سلطان الطبية العسكرية وضمان أن البرنامج العلمي منفصل عن أي مصلحة تجارية كما ألتزم بتأكيد قراءة وفهم وتوثيق ما يلي

      تحديد أوجه العلاقات المالية للدعم التجاري المقدم لأنشطة وبرامج التطوير المهني وتحديدها للمشاركين في هذه الأنشطة والبرامج

    ضمان ان الأنشطة والبرامج التعليمية مستقلة عن أي تدخل أو سيطرة أو تتضمن مصلحة تجارية كما هو محدد بتعاريف الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية للمصلحة التجارية ولتضارب المصالح التجارية

    Conflict of Interest Disclosure

    Based on the standards of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties to accredit professional development service providers to disclose conflicts of interest and actual and potential commercial support regarding the scientific content of the activities and programs provided and how to address conflicts of interest if proven.

    I pledge to disclose any conflict of interest or commercial support, if any, in the professional development activities and programs provided by Prince Sultan Military Medical City and to ensure that the scientific program is separate from any commercial interest I also commit to confirming reading, understanding and documenting the following;

    Identify any financial support relationships for professional development activities and programs for participants in such activities and programs.

    Ensure that educational activities and programs are independent of any interference or control or involve a commercial interest as defined by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties definitions of commercial interest and conflict of commercial interest.
