A shared sense of urgency unites us again as the T. Rose Foundation hosts its Pink & Purple on Purpose, An Intimate Conversation events in October and November. Focused on raising awareness for both Cancer and Domestic Violence, these gatherings bring survivors, their families, community members, and supporters together in a deeply personal way. With stops in Grand Rapids (10/26), Lansing (10/27), and Detroit (10/29) in Michigan, the events are more than just recognition of struggle—they aim to inspire action and hope, providing a comfortable space to share their stories, resilience, and the resources needed.
Theresa Randleman, Founder of the T. Rose Foundation (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization), leads these efforts with a clear vision—bridging the gap between awareness and tangible support. Pink & Purple on Purpose is our way of giving voice to the brave survivors of cancer and domestic violence while ensuring that they know they are not alone. We hope to not only raise awareness but also provide real support and tangible resources to those who need it most.
