2026 Illinois 4-H Hall of Fame Nomination

Illinois 4-H Hall of Fame inductees have a track record of exemplary service to 4-H or outstanding career and community achievement and are nominated by either county University of Illinois Extension staff or by the Illinois 4-H Foundation Board.
Nominations due March 15, 2026
This award was established by the Illinois 4-H Foundation in 2004 and has continued under the leadership of the Illinois 4-H program since 2023.

Guidelines for Nomination:
- Nominations can be made which align with any of the following options to receive the award who is an Illinois 4-H volunteer and/or supportor of the Illinois 4-H program:
- An individual volunteer
- Two individuals who are a couple
- Two siblings
- Two family members - parent and adult son or adult daughter
- Is living at the time of selection (Current 4-H staff are not eligible.)
- Completed application submitted with a quote from nominee describing why they volunteer and/or what they are most proud about related to their volunteer experiences.
- All nominations must align with one of the options listed above.
- A photo of the award winners is required for marketing purposes.
- All award winners will notified by mid-June to allow time for Illinois State Fair requests.
