    Career Pathways Training (CPT) Program
  • Thank you for being a valued CPT-approved employer and partner in supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals. This form allows us to collect details about your current job openings so the Employment and Job Placement (EJP) Division can help facilitate connections between your organization and CPT program graduates.

    Important Notes:

    • Submitting this form does not guarantee that EJP will fill your vacancies. CPT graduates have full discretion in selecting where they would like to work.
    • CPT participants are required to fulfill a three-year service commitment by working with CPT-approved employers. While they may not remain with the same employer for the entire duration, they must continuously meet this requirement per the stipulations of the grant.
    • All candidates we connect with you will be fully job-ready, meaning they will hold the appropriate license or certification for their CPT program title prior to employment.
    • In advance of program completion and licensure, our team will engage with employers through networking events and career days to introduce candidates, build relationships, and prepare for future hiring needs.

    Once you submit this form, a Talent Acquisition Manager or Associate Director from EJP will contact you to:

    • Review the vacancies you submitted.
    • Support and coordinate opportunities such as job fairs or recruitment events.
    • Connect you with a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will partner with you to service your vacancies and support your hiring needs.

  • Job Fairs are for engaging with candidates who are job ready, licensed and ready to work. Career Days are for getting exposure to candidates who are in the CPT program and are not licensed yet and for providing networking opportunities for candidates to meet potential employers. 

  • The Employer Portal, housed in our Applicant Tracking System, allows CPT-approved employers to submit and track job vacancies, directly communicate with their assigned Talent Acquisition Specialist, and access real-time dashboards for up-to-date referral and hire statuses. This streamlined process makes reporting and collaboration seamless. Additional features and details will be shared soon.
