This award is given to individuals that demonstrate exceptional effort, leadership, teamwork, quality, and excellence within the industry. Guidelines for this award is demonstration of significant contributions to advancing manufacturing practices, technologies, and strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, sustainability, and competitiveness, while at the same time inspiring growth and development and fostering a positive team culture.

It honors either a company or an individual who are key enablers of a manufacturer's competitive edge, whether through technological advancements, operational support, or the successful implementation of complex projects. This accolade is given to a company, organization, or individual that has demonstrated exceptional collaboration, support, and contribution to the success of a manufacturing business or supply chain over the year. This award celebrates those who have fostered effective, mutually beneficial relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, or other industry partners. (Submittals by non-owner, C-Suite, department head, etc., must have senior management approval.)
