We’re excited to invite you to be part of the Phoenix Magick Market & Psychic Faire 2026! This year’s event will be held in the spacious Grand Ballroom and surrounding hallways of the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Event Hours:

Saturday, June 20th, 2026: 11 AM – 5 PM
Sunday, June 21st, 2026: 11 AM – 4 PM
Vendor spaces are limited to ensure everyone has the best possible experience, so be sure to secure your spot early. Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs unless selecting a provided option on this form.

Table Request

Tables are only available for vendors who wish to use the tables supplied by the Crowne Plaza. These are for full booth setups only and are not available as additional tables.

There is a limited number of 70 tables available, and we are offering them first to our returning vendors  before opening availability to the general public.

If you prefer, you are always welcome to bring your own tables.

Once your payment is submitted, your spot is automatically secured and accepted as a vendor for the Phoenix Magick Market & Psychic Faire 2026. There is no application review or approval process — payment guarantees your booth.
