2025-2026 Musical Theater Awards Registration

Please complete the form below to register for this year's Musical Theater Awards. Please note that no show will be adjudicated prior to October 31, 2025.
2025/2026 Musical Theater Awards Registration Options:

METG Member Schools - Full adjudication: $350

Non-Member Schools - Full adjudication: $500

METG Member Schools - Jimmy Awards Only: $150

Non-Member Schools - Jimmy Awards Only: $250

Double Cast Production: Additional $100

A completed application and entry fee must be submitted to the Operations Coordinator the month before you are performing, see below deadlines. This is to allow for more flexibility in judge placements. You may apply after this time but we cannot guarantee there will be judges available for your dates. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Not all shows may be able to be adjudicated.

October 1, 2025: Deadline for registering for November shows

November 1, 2025: Deadline for registering for December shows

December 1, 2025: Deadline for registering for January shows

January 1, 2026: Deadline for registering for February shows

February 1, 2026: Deadline for registering for March shows

March 1, 2026: Deadline for registering for April shows

April 1, 2026: Deadline for registering for May shows
I understand that due to too many shows running concurrently on the same weekends, applications will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis, and some schools may not be able to participate if the weekend they choose is filled.*

I agree to send a video of selected songs highlighting my production, (quality of the recording will NOT impact chances of receiving nominations), requested pictures of the production, and a copy of the program for the adjudicators to use during the final judging process. We will send you instructions on uploading the video and other materials after your production. If we do not receive these materials, your production may not be eligible for award nominations.*
